STEP 01
Register
The first step to bidding and buying in ERT-Auction is to register to be an ERT-Auction Member. Registration is completely free and only takes a few minutes. Once registration is done, start bidding by funding a deposit to our account.
STEP 02
Start bidding
Deposit only requires 1/3 of your bidding price.$$10,000 deposit allows you to bid up to $30,000. If you are unable to make a successful bid, you can either request a refund or use it for the next bid.
STEP 03
Payment
Once you win a vehicle(s), we will issue an invoice (usually takes 10~14 days). After receiving the invoice, you have 3 business days to pay complete charges including the full vehicle price, shipping fee, commissions, and other expenses.
STEP 04
Shipping
After we confirm your payment, we'll arrange the vehicle(s) shipping and neccessary documents.

ECO-R is a designated inspection company approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. We offer maintenance service using facilities that only designated inspection companies are allowed to have.

All of ECO-R staff are expert car mechanics with national certificates. Our policy is to handle vehicles with care.

We will check under the car using a lift up machine and replace expendable parts if needed.
*Expendable parts and maintenance fees will be charged separately.

ERT is a company specializing in the export of used vehicles, connecting auction houses throughout Japan with customers all over the world. Working with our management partner ECO-R, ERT has exported high quality Japanese vehicles to Africa and other countries around the world. Our supporting operators have wide knowledge of used vehicles and international export. We will offer the best used vehicles in Japan to our customers.
Our managing partner, ECO-R, is a member of the Japan Used Motor Vehicle Exporters Association (JUMVEA). We will provide great service to our customers. ECO-R currently has business partners in over 50 countries including the United States, Asia, the Middle East, African countries, South America, and Oceania. We also have a fully equipped sheet metal shop and a factory designated for vehicle inspections, where our customers can receive quality maintenance services and a full lineup of after-sales parts.
JUMVEA was established in 1997 with the approval of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (now the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry). It covers most countries in the world with respect to the export of used motor vehicles.
